Our Team

The Wipro Teacher Fellow and Teacher Mentors programme is based in the Sheffield Institute of Education at Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

The programme is led by

Dr Josephine Booth - Jo is a Principal Research Fellow and has extensive experience in educational research and evaluation, including routes into teaching and policy influences, working nationally and internationally.  Jo is also co-lead of the Sheffield Institute of Education Research Engaged Practice Network.

Joelle Halliday - Joelle is a Senior Research Fellow and also co-leads the Sheffield Institute of Education Research Engaged Practice Network. Joelle has worked in local, national and international contexts to design and lead professional development projects. Her background is as a primary school senior leader and professional development leader.
